Sinus Headaches

Sinus headaches are really tought to fight because the pain you feel is deep, dull and throbbing you both your head and your face. The reason why this happens is a sinus inflammation. When you suffer from something like this you will have problems when bending or damp and cold weather because that is when the pain is even worse than it regularly is. The real problem stands in the fact that it is very hard to diagnose sinus headaches because they are similar in symptoms with migraines and tension headaches.
Sinus Headache Symptoms

  • Your face is tender when touched

  • The Pain you feel is worse in the morning

  • Temperature changes make the pain worse if they are sudden

  • Pressure in your head and face
Besides these symptoms there are also others that might be related to sinus headaches including:

  • Green or Yellow nose discharge

  • Postnasal drip that comes with a sore throat

  • Swollen and red nasal passages

  • Not feeling well in general

  • Moderate to mild fever

  • Fatigue
Sinus Headache Causes
Sinus headaches are usually caused by inflammation and congestion of the sinus. This is basically sinusitis and this is why people sometime refer to sinus headaches as sinusitis headaches.
